TEST We can proceed with email, phone calls, and online meetings, so distance is not a major issue. We actually handle many projects from distant locations, so please feel free to consult with us.

We would prefer detailed information, but if an estimate is sufficient, we can calculate a rough amount. However, if you decide to proceed, we will need to provide a formal quote again, so please understand this process. Please check our reference prices on our website.

Can you provide multiple design proposals?

Basically, we provide '1-2 proposals that we confidently recommend.' However, we can propose multiple design options if necessary.

Can you provide design proposals before we decide whether to place an order?

We're sorry, but it's difficult to determine whether an order will be placed after creating designs. If you're willing to pay a presentation fee regardless of whether the design is adopted or not, we can accommodate your request at a lower cost than the actual design production.

Is it possible to receive the design data?

We generally decline such requests. Depending on the situation and reason, we may provide design data, but we will charge an additional 'data transfer fee' of approximately 50-200% of the design cost. If there are no issues such as data corruption, we keep the data for about 2 years.

Is it possible to request printing services only?
A
Kyotsuu Design Inc. does not have printing facilities, so we outsource printing jobs. We don't see much value in having you go through our company for this. Therefore, we generally decline printing requests for items we have not designed.
